What are the dates of camp for Summer 2017?

What is the camp tuition?

  •  Full Day cost is $349 – Half Day cost is $249

How do I register for camp?

Click on any Register Now button. Payment online is available by credit card only. Contact us by email for a paper/printable application or to pay by check if desired.

Is there a registration deadline?

Yes, registration will close the Friday before each camp begins.

If the camp is full, do you have a waiting list?

Yes, when the session fills, a waiting list will become available.  No deposit is necessary to be placed on the waiting list.

Will I receive a confirmation letter and a list of what to bring to camp?

If registering online, you will receive a confirmation email. A detailed list of items to bring to camp will be sent via email two weeks prior to camp beginning.

Should the camper bring a soccer ball?

A ball will be provided to you at registration.

What other forms/medical forms do I need?

The medical consent and liablility waiver, and a copy of an insurance card must accompany the application in order for processing to occur.  They are included within the online registration and on the backside of the paper application. Copies of the forms can be found on  www.loyolasoccercamps.com

What is the refund/cancellation policy?

All cancellations must be requested in writing or by email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.  If cancellation occurs eight (8) or more days prior to the start of camp, all fees will be returned except the $100 administrative fee.  If cancellation occurs within the week prior to the first day of camp, all fees will be returned except a $150 administrative fee.

Where should we park?

Parking is available on Hoyne Ave and also in a parking lot on the southeast corner of Devon and Hoyne Avenue. The entrance to the lot is half a block east of Hoyne Ave on Seeley Ave.

When/where do we arrive at camp on the first day?

On the first day of camp you will accompany your son and daughter into Loyola Soccer Park for opening registration. Registration will take place on the south end of Loyola

When/where do we pick up from camp on the last day?

Camp concludes at Noon on Friday. Camp will close with a ceremony in the bleachers at Loyola Soccer Park that will begin at approximately 11:30am and all parents are welcome to attend!

What is the typical daily schedule?

Day Camp Schedule

9:00 a.m. - Drop off and Check-In at Loyola Soccer Park
9:15 a.m. - 10:45 a.m. - Skills Stations of dribbling, passing, shooting and coordination
10:45 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. - Snack/Water Break
11:00 a.m. - 12:00 noon - World Cup Tournament Games (Half Day Campers Depart)
12:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. - Lunch and Soccer Trivia
1:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m. - Small Sided Games
2:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. - Camp Games/Camp Challenges
3:00 p.m. - Full Day Campers Depart

What is the player: staff ratio?

8:1 for field players and 5:1 for goalkeepers

What about safety & supervision?

Players are fully supervised by camp staff during all camp activities. No player will be allowed to leave Loyola Soccer Park without parental permission until camp concludes for the day.

Are athletic trainers always available?

Fully certified athletic trainers are available on the fields during camp sessions.

Does my son or daughter need to be at a certain level of soccer ability to attend camp?

No specific level of ability is required.  We just ask that all players bring the desire to learn and have fun, and we will help them reach the next level!  All players should be prepared to play A LOT of soccer and be in good physical condition for multiple trainings per day.

What should my child bring to camp?

A thorough checklist is available on www.loyolasoccercamps.com . The checklist is also sent to each player with a confirmation letter upon our receipt of your application.

What is a typical amount of spending money for a camper?

Typical spending money at camp is $40 for the week.

Are there alternative lunch options for full day campers?

Yes, we have a camp store that will sell Gatorade as well as snacks. Also players can purchase pizza each day at camp to serve as their lunch.

Can my son bring a cell phone/electronics to camp?

Yes, cell phones are permitted. No cell phones are permitted during camp activities.
